1:1 Coaching for Staff & Families

    • For early childhood staff, parents, and caregivers •

    1:1 coaching that leverages change processes and your strengths to help you achieve specific goals. I am a certified Gallup Strengths Interpreter as well as a certified Change Practitioner, and love to nurture the dynamic interplay between strengths and change.

  • Coaching via phone or Zoom

    15 minutes: $38* (micro-coaching!)

    30 minutes: $75*

    60 minutes: $150*

    Repeat clients: Welcome back! If you have participated in learning with me through your organization, your child’s school (online workshop), or coaching, the next step is to set up a session.

Symposium Prep & Facilitation for Schools

  • Online (with option of in-person 2 hour symposium)

    • For early childhood programs •

    I partner with teachers and program leadership to prepare an all-staff learning symposium within your context. Details of one engagement:

    1 hour: I Zoom with a select group of teachers to hone their documentation skills. This could be within a school or across multiple schools that want to collaborate. The documentation team will then capture documentation that will serve as anecdotes in the all-staff learning symposium.

    2 hours: I facilitate an all-staff learning symposium (via Zoom or in-person) that includes the documentation team’s work.

    1 hour: I Zoom with the documentation team to reflect and launch next steps, with focus on visual documentation as an entry point to full partnership with children. Schedule a call.

  • 4 hours total + email support over the span of a month

  • $3,000 (online) + additional fees for in-person symposium.

    I document your community at work and play, facilitate a meeting to share what I saw, and, together with staff, explore what to do with it. Required: use of a working printer at your site.   • $2,000 + standard mileage for > 25 miles from downtown Durham, NC.

    I facilitate inquiry within your learning community while a small group of teachers document (number of documenters depends on the team’s size). Full focus on documentation offers fresh perspective. Then I run a meeting to help teachers organize what they saw and explore what to do with it.     ½ hour: refresher on camera skills with documenters

    I’ll highlight some of the beautiful moments that happen every day in your learning community! These images are perfect for websites, brochures, event fliers, and social media. A session includes:

    • 60 minutes of shooting, indoor and/or outdoor

    • 30 processed digitals (shared via email or online platform)

    • print release (so you can use the photos for your school)
